Caroline Thevenot; founder and executive Director of CTC Accounting has been working in small, medium and large companies as an accountant, cost controller, finance manager and CFO for over 20 years.
Through her hard work and long journey it was clear that small companies or start-ups struggle to afford hiring quality finance staff which can deeply impact the development of their company.
She started offering her services of Finance Manager on a part time basis to a company who was just looking for an admin person, knowing that they didn’t have the budget for a Finance Manager. She told them, What about hiring me “part time” so that you can enjoy the services of a Finance manager without the full cost. Thus, CTC Accounting was formed serving different types of businesses and help them grow.

In CTC Accounting, we are a qualified team, composed of 5 Finance managers and the support group of Accountants specialised in working with small and medium companies. The team regularly attend trainings to constantly updated its business knowledge.
Fatma Sybille Bouzaidi
Multi-lingual and qualified in France with a Master’s degree in
Economics & Business Administration, Fatma is an essential part of
the team with over 15 years of finance experience, during which she
developed her expertise in providing finance training and ensuring
that organisations follow accounting processes and procedures.

Caroline is Founder & CEO of CT Consultancy, with a French
Masters in Economics & Business Administration, specialising
in finance, and over 20 years of experience working with SME
companies, in Dubai since 2005. She is a passionate Finance
Manager and CFO who is continuously inspired to work with
start-ups and facilitate growth.

Mahmood Al Hassan
Junior Finance Manager
Hassan is a dynamic and highly motivated professional offering over seven
years of intensive and diversified experience in accounting. Hassan has a
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.com) and is an ACCA UK Finalist. He is
able to efficiently prepare complete sets of financial statements as well as
manage accounts payable, accounts receivables, staff payroll and bank related
matters. Hassan possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as
well as demonstrating excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

With a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Joanna is an organised,
detail-oriented and dependable accounting professional with
formidable industry knowledge, with her core strength in general
accounting. She has over nine years of experience and a strong desire

Aurelie holds a bachelor degree in Accounting and Management and also currently studying towards the ACCA qualification. She has over 5 years experience in the audit sector with specialization in tourism, manufacturing and construction industry. Fluent in English and French. She considers herself as an energetic, self-motivated and hardworking professional who aims to acquire practical and valuable experience in the financial sector. Monette is a qualified Business Administrator with a Cambridge International Diploma in Business Administration and a City and Guilds Diploma in Business skills with 7 years’ experience in Administration and Customer Services in the Finance and Insurance industry. She has proven herself very diverse as she is multilingual in English, French, Ndebele and Shona. Monette has strong interpersonal skills, always ready to help and considers herself efficient, effective, goal oriented and hardworking.

Jethro graduated with Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy. He has experience
within an accounting and consultancy firm as a Senior Tax Associate. Jethro
has previously worked as an Accounting Assistant with several international
companies. He is knowledgeable when it comes to finance processes,
financial reporting and audit processes inline with the International
Accounting Standards (IAS). Jethro assists the CT Consultancy team and
clients with VAT laws and clarification, excise tax, and insurances.
