We were wondering about how they achieved success while managing their own accounting tasks, as it’s one of the main challenges for the business owners.
Operations Director of EER, Aideen explained to us that they have their own, in-house finance division and that they were handling their accounting requirements on Quickbooks, but in 2020 they embarked on a significant finance transformation project which would enable greater integration, automation, and efficiency.
